Mage Rework Suggestion: Earth

1. Boulder: When holding attack key, you gain charge stack for each second you hold. Each stack would probably be equivalent to fireball damage. Rapidly pressing attack button now fires 1 stack boulder with 1 attack per second instead of doing nothing. Default max charge is 3 stacks. Hitting an enemy with boulder of 2 stack or more will not destroy boulder whether it kills the enemy or not but reduce the stack of that boulder by 1. Hitting a terrain also reduce the stack of that boulder by 1 and bounces boulder to different direction. Drains set amount of mana for each time you add stack to the boulder instead of draining mana per second while holding attack button. Also now uses bricks and tiles on the floor.

2. Bind Rock: Increase how much hit boulder needs to take to decrease the stack.

3. Gargantuan: Increase max stack. Not an elemental flourish.

4. Hasten Rock: It now decreases time it takes to get a stack. Requires 15 level

5. Haymaker(new elemental flourish): Greatly increase knockback of boulder. Boulder now blocks projectile.

6. Rock Surge: Instead of having chance to instantly fully charge boulder, it instead instantly fully charges boulder after you hit enemies 7/6/5 times with boulder(it doesn't have to be done in one shot)

7. Stoneskin: no change.

8. Crystal Pillar (new): Create a pillar that acts as terrain. When a boulder hits this pillar, it instead gives a charge and gives mana equal to pillar's mana cost to player nearby. Mana cost is 50/75/100/125/150

9. Earthquake: It now constantly stuns enemy for 0.1 seconds for each seconds.

10. Iron golem: it also increases defense of golem by 10%/20%/30%

11. Raise Golem: no change

12. Ground Eruption (new secondary): briefly creates a wall surrounding the player for 0.5 seconds and knocks back enemies and boulder away slightly if enemy was on the wall. Wall blocks all projectiles. Has cooldown of 18/14/10 seconds. Boulder pushed away by this skill gets one stack.

Comment: I wanted to keep what makes Earth fun to play while making it viable choice for serious players as well. A key characteristic of this rework is to make boulder to have more potential for skilled plays such as bouncing it on a wall enemies hiding behind terrain or using wall and player-made terrain to bounce around and deal massive damage to tough enemies.
