Fanmade Hamsterball game

Hello!
I have question for Raptisoft.

I'm 16 and i would like to make own Hamster Ball fanmade game with some additional functions like map editor, online multiplayer, generated maps, more gamemodes etc. on Unity Engine, but first i want to ask you for permission. When i was about 8 i wanted to do this, so i hope you'll allow me to realise my game. Of course my game will be nonprofit if you wish. :P

Well, naturally I can't give permission to call it Hamsterball and use game assets or themes, but there's a ton of room in the market for more rolling ball games!
