When you select Everweld, it will give you all opportunities to weld. The character just starts with specific skills, there's no limit per character to what you can learn.

Well, in Dark I did implement a perk (that I intend to also have in KeepHD) that permits you a single re-roll of skills. I think that's fair enough-- it still doesn't let you beeline to uberpower.

Correct. Apple allows betas but the process is convoluted and requires Apple approval of every single build you upload, so it's not really useful for debugging-- so the Apple betas are happening in-house.
